We are hiring 5 Business Development Executives for a full-time role. This position is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in sales, client handling, and digital marketing services. The offered CTC ranges from ₹1.10 lakh to ₹1.80 lakh per annum, depending on your skills, communication ability, and previous experience. Candidates will receive hands-on exposure to real clients, targets, and professional sales processes.

We are also offering 5 paid internship positions for students and fresh graduates who want practical industry experience. This is a 3-month paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹4,000 to ₹8,000, based on performance. During the internship, candidates will receive training in sales communication, lead generation, and client interaction. Job Details & Work Environment The work location is Ranchi, India, under the Sales & Business Development (BD / Pre-Sales) department. You will work towards achieving monthly sales targets by engaging in telesales, conducting product demos, attending meetings (online or offline), and following up with interested prospects to convert them into clients. A key part of your role will be building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will ensure clients are satisfied with services, address their concerns, and maintain long-term associations with the company. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling communication through calls, WhatsApp, chats, and emails, and ensuring timely responses and professional interaction. Understanding client requirements is essential. You will coordinate with internal teams such as Technical, SEO, and Content teams to ensure that projects are executed correctly according to client needs. You will also manage sales records, reporting, renewals, upselling, and add-on services using CRM tools. This helps in tracking client history and improving future sales opportunities. The role involves conducting client meetings, presenting solutions, clarifying service details, and resolving any issues quickly to maintain trust and satisfaction. Finally, you will track campaign performance, share progress updates with clients, and ensure that all projects are delivered within the committed timelines.
